James Lord

Founder. 26 years in music.

Music has been my love since I was six years old. For the last 26 years it has been my work too: in the studio, on contracts and on the road with artists. Along with running my own record label, I've worked in distribution, publishing and touring all over the world with a wide variety of labels, artists, producers and more.

Along the way I've seen too many labels, artists, and managers lose money they earned because of a missing registration, an unsigned split sheet or a bad booking deal. Living and working between Jamaica, Ethiopia and the UAE taught me that music travels easily, but the paperwork doesn't.
